Event Planning and Coordinating Package- $4,500-$6,000
This package is for the couple who wants all we have to offer. You will receive personalized comprehensive support, expert planning, and ideas throughout the entire process. This bride (and groom!) are BUSY with school, work, travel, or lives out of town. I will be with you every step of the way: booking your venue and vendors, attending appointments, helping to manage the budget, and creating an efficient timeline.
Day of Coordination (Month of Coordination)- $2,500
You have done all the leg work up until now: met with the vendors, chosen your florals, booked the venue, etc. But, now you need someone to make sure these plans go off without a hitch on the actual day. I will step in a month before the wedding to ensure any necessary details are in place and all moving pieces work seamlessly together.
Event Decorating- $1,000
Transform your wedding venue into the perfect setting with our professional decorating service. From elegant table settings to lighting and unique accents, we’ll bring your vision to life, creating a beautiful and cohesive atmosphere that reflects your style. On the day of your wedding, our team will handle all aspects of decor setup, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect for your ceremony and reception. Relax and enjoy your day, knowing that your venue will look stunning and ready to impress.
Partial Package-$3,500
For couples who really like being involved with the planning process, but would like a little extra help along the way. ​Whether you're searching for someone to meet with your selected vendors, are seeking etiquette advice, in need of some planning ideas, or need help further coordinating the plans you have in place, this package is the perfect extra push you'll need.
Event Decorating and Tear-down- $1,500
From the ceremony to the reception, every detail of your wedding decor should reflect your vision and style. Our decorating and tear-down service is designed to bring your dream wedding to life without the stress. On the day of your wedding, we’ll handle every aspect of decor setup, meticulously arranging each element—from table settings to lighting and personalized accents—to create a beautiful, cohesive atmosphere. After your celebration, we’ll take care of all tear-down and cleanup, ensuring everything is restored to its original state. Enjoy your special day, knowing the decor will be stunning and the clean-up hassle-free.
Some Extra information to know about the packages: *Does not include the decorating and tear down packages*
-Depending on how big the venue and other factors that will be discussed with client will determine a need for an assistant
-The full package and the partial package include a 12 hour day. The day of coordination package includes a 10 hour day. More time may be added to the package for an additional fee.
-Each Package includes up to 2 hours for rehearsal time.
- A travel fee will be added to the price of the package for anything over 50 mile radius. This will be discussed with clients
